Then we come to a breech in the diked up road with a river running through it, I had on my surf trunks and walked until I found a shallow spot with a hard bottom to ford. We got to Cadije at late dusk, we couldn't find the trek out of the mini grand canyon in the fading light until a truck came from San Juanico and we saw where he crossed the river, it was still an hour to navigate the next 8 miles, it was very dark when we pulled up to the bluff at second point, so much for my "we're going to get it today ". BUT I GOT IT TOMORROW! The south road is longer, but faster now |
