A lot in the 70's, but spent more time away from it than I thought when I was young. Got back into it big time in the 2000's after our boys saw my boards on the rafters. Messed up my shoulder on a mountain bike a couple years ago, miracle I can paddle at all. I just got back into the water in the past couple of months. And I'm really stoked. I'm 64. John |
