For the high price point I wish you guys would do a 6/4 deck and 4 bottom glass job with a butterfly patch over the fins. Even a little denser foam. Most guys aren’t doing airs on these and wouldn’t mind the negligible difference in weight. Burch glasses his fishes at 6/4 deck and 6 bottom. He talked about board building being more sustainable in a podcast, I believe the pride of ownership for the consumer is there for his brand but the light glass job and light foam fall short of anything that will last a long time. Love his boards would love to see the splitter, fish, wolverine etc in heavier glass and denser foam! |
