Mine is 7'2. I had the same experience with a takayama howard special mini I had that was also 7'2. Id recommend both boards for chest + waves. The 7'0 Frye i have that was an anniversary gift has a down railed id say almost 80/20 and at 22" x 3" has a little more range on the low end but still shines on stomach + days. Due to the new baggage restrictions on American Airlines, I'm currently looking for a 1 board quiver to keep in San Diego for the knee to chest high, mushy and/or high tide days. I'm able to travel with a bag up to 7' so I can bring boards for the better days. For anyone that has a longer egg (8' - 9') and an eagle or mini Glider and maybe a long simmons or fish simmons at the same length, which would you recommend? Thanks Click to expand... A Mitsven mini glider is money in this size range, as is a Nozzle or Fish Simmons from MM, JH, or Mitsven. The Mabile Big Swallow is also really good in this range. |
