Have you seen the old parking lot on the east side of the 5 and south of the S curve that is covered with red tents? Seems to be some sort of effort to build a tent city for the homeless. I haven't heard much about it in the news, but this could be because I don't pay attention to the news. Sure doesn't seem to have helped much. |
