Applying your logic than, oil refineries, steel mills, factories and plastic and foam manufacturing all pollute so it's no big deal to drain my car's oil into the storm drain down the street. This posting has let me know that if I pay care attention there are clues to good spots to surf in NJ not to mention a few cool tips on how to improve my longborting. P.S.
