I’m 6ft/ 215 lbs… in my quiver, this is basically my shortboard for slower conditions. Paddles about its size (not great/not terrible) but once I’m on it, it Holds speed really well and the high aspect fins are really responsive. Not sure if it’s the way I surf it or how it’s designed but my back foot rarely seems to get within 6in of the fins and I can put it just about anywhere I want in the wave. Shines in slopier stuff. Doesn’t need to be clean necessarily, it has enough wiggle to get in and around crumbly sections. The faster and steeper it is, the harder it is to surf |
