I don’t have much to add but I do have a friend who just bought a house in woodland hill - beautiful yard, 3 bedrooms, quiet street - I believe it was low 600s. They’re a 20 minute drive to topanga. Not a beach community but close to the ocean and LA (which you might not like but potentially good for work). |
