I really like mine and would highly recommend getting one. I had a 9'6" x 22&15/16" x 2&7/8" traditional noserider that I sold to switch things up coming back from a back injury. The 9'6" parallax is way more lively and has much more speed, which makes sense coming from a noserider. It is very easy to turn and surf off the tail, cutbacks feel very smooth, and the glide is great. It's probably the easiest board to surf I've ever ridden. I pretty much rode it exclusively from April - October. I've ridden it in a variety of waves, slightly over head San O, knee to shoulder beach breaks, points from knee to head high and am always surprised by how well it goes. I'm pretty much sold on the 9'6 and will be picking up a volan green or tan one in the next month or so. Would love to find a slightly used one - cough cough to any jammers interested in selling! |
