Mostly hiding from people he owes money to and or Boards. A number of Glass shops in and around San Diego demand money up front, from him. The guy has talent. His shaping in spot on. I have seen some guns he made for Mexico they were beautiful. I also like his Bonzers. If he were better with the business end of things Pavel could be killing it now. Right up there with all the top shapers that are so in demand. Over the years he has burned a lot of Bridges. You can get a machined shaped Pavel under the Rainbow Surfboards label. Mitches Surf Shop in LaJolla and Solana Beach keep a lot of them in Stock. |
