Hey man, just for the hell of it, reach out to that guy and tell him if his buyer flakes that you really want it and won't haggle. Sellers on offerup and craigs sometimes mark items as SOLD to stop any texts/emails/messages while they wait on a buyer(s) to show. It keeps the ad up and still relevant. Couldn't hurt.
