Surfing 4-5 for an hour when a set of freight trains comes through, way under gunned.. made it under the first two, third one was bigger and couldnt have been in a worse spot. detonated right in front of me and got throttled even after getting down at least 4 feet.. broke a leash.. flushed suit.. blew bootie off, and had a 30 minute swim back in, and another 20 minutes to find my board half a mile down the beach. headed to costa friday.. hopefully my foot thaws out by then |
