We went on vacation to Italy last week, in the Cique Terres (insane by the way, great hiking, snorkeling, wine...)and after a long drive we get to Levanto and I'm thinking I need to go for a swim. We walk down to the beach... And it's shoulder high! Most waves a bit mushy but every third or fourth set, a head high wall would push through that looked really fun. Of course, I hadn't brought a board on this trip, but I ended up body surfing with my kids who were stoked to be catching waves in northern Italy. |
