How the hell are so many working age people not at work in the most expensive areas in the country. I couldn't afford to surf, time or money, most of my life. I was working (multiple jobs) to afford living here then raising a family.\n        \n\n\nClick to expand...\n\n\n\n\nToo add to this what about all the kids out in the lineup on a weekday that are like 12 to 17 years old that should be in school!\n\n\n\nI am lucky with my work schedule that I work with people in different time zones so I start early but have usually 9a-11a free and then back to meetings so I sort of surf this weird swing shift between morning pre work and the lunch time crew.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnyways I am seeing more and more young teens with their parents ( who should be working?) filming them in the beach.  Are they being homeschooled so they can have some sort of future surf career?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI sound like a grumpy old man but kids need more of an education than just surfing to be a well rounded human being."]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["336006"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.6538400011777412, "license": "Public Domain"}
