Stable, easy to noserider and whippy. However, I feel like there is a drag when paddling. I think it might be the tail kick, which causes me to position more toward the nose. I had the same issue with the Neo Classic in TB Silver. I'm about 185lb at 5'9.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI got a chance to surf CJ's personal 9'8 Slasher in full carbon. The tail kick is not as pronounced as the production version. It was balanced. Felt very neutral when paddling without any drags. Still easy to noseride and whip around. This is what's holding me off on getting the production version.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDoes anyone else feel the drag when paddling on the Slasher?\n        \n\n\nClick to expand...\n\n\n\n\nI've owned various TB boards (parallax, camper, Waikiki and apex) and now own SLP in TB silver. It paddles nearly as easily as the apex and gets in nearly as early. In my view, because of the thin rails and lower volume tail and increased tail kick it's a tiny bit slower. I wouldn't call it drag (especially after owner the camper) but it's not quite as easy as the apex.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Slasher Lo pro is definitely not a traditional log, it feels like you're riding a performance board with double concaves under your feet, but gets in way earlier than an hp board. But it noserides like a traditional piggy and glides like a piggy all the way to the market."]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["329420"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.5590789987763856, "license": "Public Domain"}
