Unless you're super into HiPro logging and looking to surf big waves I don't think the black will be pleasant because it will be too stiff. Harley Ingleby does a good job breaking down red vs black in this interview. I've time stamped it for you. Silver sits between red and black so I think we can apply the same logic. It will be softer flex which will provide energy in weaker surf which is typically what you'd be riding most days.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTB reds I had were for various size Outliers that I had (and loved). I think red goes best for midlenghts, silver for logs, and black only if you're surfing powerful waves or maybe if you're an xl human.  That said I've never tried TB black so maybe someone else can weigh in.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHarleys take:"]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["329262"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.7125400006771088, "license": "Public Domain"}
