Both are quality foamers & USB has a deep catalog much more hand shaper friendly.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs far as files, I've had enough time now to develop a love hate relationship with the CNC facility. \n\n\n\nScaling is only partly successful, and depending upon the competency & integerity of who is cutting them, they can end up. great............ or, a complete bummer.  There is an issue with scaleability and rocker, which is the key most ingredient in any surfboard.  I get why Ryan is offering a limited range of certain 'magic' sleds machined in order to control the original handshaped design integrity.
