I live in a pretty affordable coastal area in a modest house.  Wife and I often debate between our lack of space vs. enjoying our area (vs. also hating some aspects of it).  Reading some of these things makes me appreciate the lifestyle of our location -- a generally short drive to the beach, the ability to walk/bike to go sailing, etc.  Makes me think that maybe it would be a better bet to build an addition than to strive to relocate in the midst of this red hot market and/or give up some of the lifestyle perks.\n        \n\n\nClick to expand...\n\n\n\n\nLove it or list it.
