I surf Phillip Island SE of Melb in Oz. It looks similar to Santa Cruz type waves.\n\n\n\nBeen loving a 9'9\" Creme playpig recently and a 7'10\" MOEarth \"mother\" twin keel.\n\n\n\nAnyways purchased a 9'11\" CJ nelson/ Dead Kooks Guerro Silver Thunderbolt a few weeks ago.\n\n\n\nTook me a dozen waves to figure it out but this board is amazing. Comes off the bottom like the difference between jumping in a pool or using a diving board.\n\n\n\nSlashes and wheels like a foot shorter HP and paddles super well and is very stable to walk. Have not had a board with nose concave so getting used to that feel again.\n\n\n\nI am 62 now been surfing 50 years but this board has given me back 10 years I reckon.\n\n\n\nNothing like a tufflite ..... the flex technology really does work if you load up your turns. Seriously want to offload some logs and get a Parrallax or Outlier ...... I too would love to hear a comparison between a 9'0 Outlier and 9'3\" Parralax\n\n\n\nThanks for having me."]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["196792"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.8868789991538506, "license": "Public Domain"}
