I've tried a 9'6 with a big pivot, a rakey pivot and Greenough 4A. I could only get it to noseride on 1-2' waves but nothing steep and really closed to the pocket. That tail wants to slide out. As waves get bigger (4-6') and faster, cheater 5 was the best I could do, and I was hanging on for dear life knowing the tail will eventually slip out.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI really want to try a 10'  Neo Classic to see how well it noserides, especially without any nose concaves.
